Qingdao D&D Microbes & Fertilizer Ltd. is registered in Qingdao High Technology Zone and invested by Qingdao D&D GROUP and BOSCO HOLDINGS (HK), with investment of about 10 million dollars. It is the high-tech enterprise and the backbone of biotechnology enterprises in Qingdao.
Currently the production and sales of its biological fertilizer ranks No.1 in China. With the strong technical support of engineers from electro-mechanical and biotechnological areas, D&D developed continuous fermentation technology of deep liquid fermentation and solid closed fermentation process and key equipments of solid fermentation and accessed to national invention patent. In 2005, D&D was awarded 900 million RMB support from China national government for high-tech industrialization projects, which was the No.2 project in the similar declarations.
